Villa DEA consists of two modern semi-detached houses: DEA 1 and DEA 2. Each offers 120 m² of living space, three bedrooms with their own bathroom and a heated pool for your use only.
On the ground floor, kitchen, dining area and living room flow into one another and open onto the covered terrace. The pebble beach of Vrsi-Mulo with its promenade, restaurants and bars is about a five-minute walk away.

Vrsi-Mulo: beach holidays between Nin and Zadar
Vrsi-Mulo lies on the Adriatic coast of Northern Dalmatia. It combines quiet beach holidays with trips to historic towns and national parks. After a day at the sea, your own pool is waiting.
In the village you will find restaurants, pizzerias, cafés and bars along the promenade, plus a bakery and grocery shops for everyday needs. The easiest way to get here is via Zadar airport, continuing by hire car or taxi.

Good to know before you enquire
How far is Villa DEA from the beach?
Mulo pebble beach and Punta Velebit beach are each about 300 m away, roughly a five-minute walk. The sandy beaches near Nin are a short drive away.
How many people can stay at Villa DEA?
Each house sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms with 180 × 200 cm box-spring beds. If you rent DEA 1 and DEA 2 together, up to twelve people can travel together.
Is the pool private and heated?
Yes. Each house has its own heated pool, used only by the guests of that house.
Is there parking and air conditioning?
Each house has its own parking spaces on the property. Every bedroom has its own air conditioning, and Wi-Fi is included.
What amenities does the villa have?
Each house has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine, plus a washing machine, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, smart TV and SONOS speakers. Outside you will find a gas barbecue, six sun loungers, a parasol and an outdoor shower; pool and beach towels are provided.
Is Villa DEA suitable for groups or two families?
Yes. DEA 1 and DEA 2 are right next to each other and can be rented together: 240 m², six en-suite bedrooms and two heated pools for up to twelve guests.
How do I get to Vrsi-Mulo?
By car via the motorway, about 15 minutes from Vrsi, or by plane via Zadar airport, continuing by hire car or taxi. You will receive detailed arrival information before your stay.
How does booking work?
Send us your travel dates, number of guests and preferred house using the form. We check availability and send you a personal offer. In July and August we rent by the week; in May, June, September and October one night is free for stays of seven nights or more.
Where is Vrsi-Mulo?
Vrsi-Mulo is in Northern Dalmatia on the Adriatic, between Nin (5 km) and Zadar (20 km). The motorway is about 15 minutes away.
